Dear Vossini team, Since you have really exhausted my understanding and patience towards you with your very daring answer, I will describe the facts again for future customers. Without twisting anything like you tried for the image of future customers. We all know it: a bad Google rating and countered in the sense that the next customers won't be put off. In this case, you were just not smart enough, because you yourself emphasize that you know that we were 6 people. Each of these 6 people represents their opinion on a public platform - this is called freedom of expression. To come back to yesterday evening: An absolute disaster and a cheek of a restaurant that follows the philosophy of a noble restaurant. Unfortunately implemented without success. One of our group called the restaurant at 5:15 p.m. and reserved a table for 6 people for 8:15 p.m. We gathered at 8:10 p.m. punctually in front of the entrance at the market square to make our reservation at 8:15 p.m. Waiting for a table for 5-10 minutes would not have been a problem either, everyone makes mistakes and we would have understood them, otherwise we would certainly not have accepted your invitation to sit down in the chocolate bar. When we let ourselves be deported to the bar, we were offered an aperitif with a simultaneous statement that we could have our food on site. When we asked for a menu, we were unfortunately denied it. This statement was justified with the current situation. It is interesting, however, that no one could give us any verbal recommendation. Because of this, we decided to wait a few more minutes to be able to stop at our reserved table in peace. By the way: good scam, by the way, we all know that drinks are what makes most of their money. At exactly 8:44 p.m. I got up and went back to the restaurant to find out whether we could still make our reservation after waiting half an hour. As I walked through the restaurant, I noticed 3 tables that could have been occupied if, as a manager, you were able to organize properly. Well, I asked politely about the state of affairs and from the beginning very rude and unhelpful waiters said no with the statement “what should I do, we also don't know when the guests are coming and going. You are welcome to eat at the bar. " Not even a “we're trying to help” or “I'll do my best, I can only apologize for the inconvenience”. I pointed out the philosophy of the restaurant one more time and politely but firmly forbid myself to deport us like that. The waiter then told me to wait a few more minutes, which I initially agreed to. After another 5 minutes at the bar, we politely apologized to another waiter in the bar that he had to forego his tip due to yesterday's organization, as we would now be leaving the restaurant. I'm just sorry for the employees who are happy about every customer due to the current situation. I am sorry that these superiors have no respect for guests or their employees. Conclusion: It was a fob because we wanted to celebrate a friend's championship title in a relaxed, supposedly sensible restaurant. Apparently the wrong style of clothing for such a would-be star restaurant. Perhaps we would have been treated differently if you had worn the Rolex instead of the Michael Kors jewelry watch. The incident had nothing to do with the situation, but simply with unfriendly service, incompetence in planning and arrogance or ignorance. One should learn not to blame everything on COVID-19. A deliberate overbooking so that the restaurant is full at all costs!
After 45 minutes of waiting, despite a reservation, we decided to leave. We were moved to the drinks bar. We were told that we would be notified when a table in the restaurant became available. After waiting 45 minutes, as mentioned above, we left. All in all it was a disappointment. I would give 0 stars if this was possible.
45 minutes waiting time despite reservation. Waiter and boss completely rude and couldn't understand our anger. Bottom line - expensive food, poor service and incompetent staff.

The servants are all nice and polite, if confused at times, but funny. The ambience is excellent, as you can expect for 4 stars. The chocolate lounge is also appealing, the dessert delicious, a dream. Everything went quickly and was very delicious. We would love to come back.

Cozy restaurant with hearty service and creative menu. The food is very good. Especially the lunch buffet is recommended. The restaurant belongs to the chocolate hotel and therefore offers a rich breakfast.
So far, we often had a good meal here. But unfortunately with each visit at least once forgotten the ordered drinks also to deliver. This should not happen in a restaurant with professional service and very high prices. Once you close your eyes, but every time you visit with the family, it is already noticeable. The family loves to eat here, I personally like to go somewhere else, where there are larger meals for the price ...

Buffet was great. Fresh, tastefull, good service . It isn't a enormous buffet but what they cook is 5 stars. Quality above mass.
The atmosphere is elegant, the buffet prepared for the clean dinner is not bad, they can be more delicious and varied.
